The " Agricultural Handbook and Diary" for 1900,! is a new publication to be issued annually, and is edited by Messrs. C. Adeane and Richardson Carr. The book is designed specially to meet the requirements of country gentle- men, estate agents, and all inter- ested in country pursuits, and contains articles written by ex- perts in their several departments.
